This is a blog about our family, the ups, downs, and in betweens. Our oldest, Myles, was born July 31, 2008 with Down syndrome and an AV Canal heart defect. He underwent open heart surgery on October 14, 2008 and is doing wonderfully. He is a strong little man who has brought us more joy than we thought possible! His baby sister, Sydney, was born July 21, 2010. She has quickly knitted herself into our family, bringing with her an innocence only a baby can bring. Life is sweet.
